How do you transfer the weight scale from the ticker site over to this message forum on to the signature? I read all about theURL ,BB code, etc., but can't seem to figure it out. I'm not computer savvy to begin with, but love those sliding scales on everyones signatures.

HI everyone!! I have a receipe for jello and was wondering if it would be ok. I am 40 years old, i weigh about 370 #, and i embarassed to say that i am a physician. i of all people should know the dangers of obesity, and i am upset at myself for letting myself get this big. i could go into a diatribe about what happened, but i prefer to look to the future and not backwards.

Last night was night 2 for me. For my final supplement I had made the wild rice soup mix. I did not finish it. It was very hot in our house and I couldn't stomach the food between the taste and the heat.

Do I have to have 5 supplements and one lean/green meal or in a case like last night, is 4 ok?
