I'm FINALLY all healed up from my esophageal surgery and ready to get back on the MF wagon.
I started today and hope that I will be able to stay on the program until I get to a more normal size. Instead of working towards a certain weight, I'm working towards a size - a normal size 14 would suit be just fine. In terms of numbers, that will be somewhere around 180 ...

Father’s Day will become Grammy and Papa’s Day, too as our daughter Becky and son-in-law are expecting their first child, Nicholas David to arrive on Sunday, June 19th.
