Well I am stuck in a rut at 12# lost and have not lost a single ounce this week. I am not looking forward to Roll Call tomorrow. Should I be in a plateau at this stage? Hi there...I am interested to know of others about my size and weight (5'2", 145 lbs) and their success and/or struggles on Medifast. I have about 20-25 pounds to lose and have been carrying it around with me for the last 10 years...ugh.

I think the toughest hurdles I've faced so far are the sceptics and the eaters. How does everyone deal with the naysayers? I'm talking about the people that won't openly say bad things, but blithely ask "so how is the liquid diet going". I have never called it a liquid diet...why would anyone say that? I think I come from the place where so many others have been. I've tried everything and nothing seems to work anymore. As I saw that 200 lbs approaching, I realized I needed a change. I researched various programs and this one seemed like a great fit. I could use a variety of products (shakes, soups, oatmeal) and have a regular meal too. The simplicity is wonderful.
