Hey Guys,

I am back on the wagon starting today. I went off MF when I went to Vegas and never got back on, that was 3 weeks ago! :x I had lost 21 lbs in 5 weeks and now have gained back 13, for a net loss of 8 lbs. I thought I ended up gaining almost all of it back but was surprised this morning ...

I bought the 980...I guess I am new to diets...but do I just drink the shakes twice a day and have one meal? I wanna do it right

Well today is day one and it's a breeze. I ate a carmel nut bar and a hour later I started getting the gurgles. They are VERY fimilar to be because I have a problem with Malitol- which is a about halfway in the ingredients. SO for anyone that is constatnly having the gurgles you may be sensitive to Malitol. That could also be the problem with some people and loose bm's.

Hey you all!! there are soooo many new people on here!!! for those of you who dont know me...I lost 50 pounds on medifast....and got down to 135 pounds....back into my clothes and was feeling on top of the world!! I started working out alot....and was LOVING the THIN LIFE!! but then something happened while I wasnt paying close attention....my weight started creepin back up on me....pound by pound..I wouldnt go more than 2 days ...

After a hiatus, I am back. Thankfully, I did not regain all of the weight I had lost (probably because most days I actually had shakes and bars--just didn't follow the GREEN portion of the Lean and Green). I stepped out of the picture when I thought that I could be preggers, but that blessing hasn't happened yet, so I'm going to keep plugging at Medifast until I get confirmation of being preggers! ...
