This is my 3rd attempt on the Medifast Program. I went to Brookwood Bariatrics in Birmingham AL. They suggested I use Bontril for appetite surpression. It worked to well! I would only get in maybe 2 or 3 supplements a day and of course after a month of this I lost 40lbs. and was sick as a dog. So I ended up quitting the program. Well I've gotten through my first day on Medifast. No complaints surprisingly enough. The shakes, soups, bars aren't bad. I look forward to getting rid of the 98 lbs slowing me down. Any cheerleading is greatly appreciated. My current weight is 248. I will try to remember to post my progress weekly.

I just wrote a full letter to you all but lost it--I am soo mad :x I got an invalid session notice and then nothing--it was gone.. I can't believe it..does anyone have any suggestions as to how to find it before I start again??
