Hi everyone, I've just unpacked my box of MF goodies and am starting Saturday morning...I'm excited and nervous, but feel very optimistic about what I can acheive over the next few months. I'd love to hear any words of wisdom from you experienced people out there to help me on my way.

Is it just the getting through the first three days that are the hardest and therefore if you make it past those first three days you will be successful?
