I have recommitted to the Medifast plan, starting today. I did Medifast before my wedding (I started the plan in January 2006) and went from weighing 225 pounds to 175 pounds in less than six months. I know Medifast works, and works quickly.

I am a 38 (glup, my the years move fast) year old Wife and Mother of 2 children ages 14 and 11. I work fulltime as a corporate recruiter and also coach 2 times a week a competitive cheerleading team.

I've been a long-time lurker here, but saw the new monthly special, and am interested in possibly putting in a large enough order to qualify. My question is this - how many boxes of product are in a case? I could not find this info on the TSFL website. Most cases are 12 of something, but didn't want to assume. thanks for the info and Happy and Successful Losing in the NEw Year.

I just got off the phone with Brenda. She's home and although she's in pain she's ok. It sounds like everything went as well as expected. I let her know that I'd tell everyone she's ok. I'm going to go post this in her journal also. She also wanted me to let everyone know that if you want to talk you can call her on her cell phone.

I cannot believe it has been almost three months. I have really had a rough go of things, and although I have not gained back any lost weight, I have been off plan for about two of the months. I just could not seem to get back on. There was Halloween, then my dad had emergency surgery, I went to IL, and now the Holidays. I am really praying I can get it together. ...

This is a question for folks who've been on the program for more than 6 months. Do you strictly stuck to the 5/1 meal plan even after you've been on the plan more than 6 months? have you ever cheated (i.e. due to bdays, holiday celebrations w/friends/family,)? I have multiple xmas parties coming up and thought about having a glass of wine at one of them or a bite of desert at another. ...
