Leopard Woman Meets LuzInIt Linda in Owings Mills, MD

We had a wonderful weekend conference in Baltimore this last weekend. It was by special invitation of Dr. Andersen for Global Directors. We left Portland, Oregon early Friday morning before dawn and flew into Baltimore Washington International.

Week One Update

I am happy to announce that my first week is done and I have lost 7 pounds!!! :lol: I am simply amazed at how much better I feel already. Distractions

I'm on day four and I am absolutely amazed at how much time I used to spend eating. As I try to get through my days (on day 4 and feeling strong!) I often sing songs to myself to keep the momentum going and distract myself from the cravings. lately, I'm singing the theme from the Mary Tyler Moore show and chumbawumpa (sp?) Does anyone know....

Can you still order the large boxes of 18 shakes to a box? It's more economical for those ordering large quantities. Of course, I've always wished that they would package the shake powder in a large tin with a scoop. That should really cut down on costs. Excessive paper products and cardboard packaging increase costs and are less environmentally-friendly. That's just IMHO :):)

Confused about something on the FAQ page...

I was reading the following on the FAQ page:

It is very important that you space out your shakes, so you have one every 3-4 hours, and have the first three by 2pm. You must have 3 shakes a day. Supplements generally replace one or two shakes a day. Do not have more than one Medifast bar per day.

Do you need at least 3 shakes a day? Does that mean I dont have to ...
