Today proved to be the hardest day for me I had a shake at 8;30 before church and i did not have another shake untill 12;00 I had prevesiously made to have on hand, Then I got home and made a sunday tradtional breakfeast, which was highly tempting..... I made myself a loaded veggie omelette........but it has been a struggle all day.....after all I was a good girl all week ...

So i'm starting over tomorrow. I did it for the first week and lost 6 pounds, then for 2 weeks did it 1/2 way but i need to buckle down. I'm hoping to lose the 6 pounds again in time for a wedding on friday. I want my dress to fit. :x

So far so good, down in 4 days what I lost the first week on my first go around with MF.

I ordered a starter kit, which is:

- 2 boxes of caramel bars
- 2 boxes of fruit bars
- 2 boxes of oatmeal
- 2 boxes of chicken soup
- 12 boxes of shakes
- 2 boxes of rice & veggies soup

I don't want to do the 5&1 program. I want to be on a complete program (only MF food). I also want to optimize weight loss since it's the beginning ...

This is my second week on medi-fast and I feel wonderful! I'm not sure if its the soy or that I'm not eating junk; but my skin is better and my eyelashes are really long! I happened to notice it today when I was doing my make-up. I figure I might was well enjoy these little perks along the way ;)
