Well I finally recieved my shipment and I had the cream of broccoli soup with MMB Cheese and it was wonderful!! :bib:

Does anyone have any ideas though for making it a little thicker :?:

Anyhow... I thought that I would go ahead say hello and make myself accountable. I have just finished my second week and have lost 14# so far. I am so VERY jazzed!!!:yippee:

I have a question. If I were to opt to start the auto-ship program and wanted the 4-week program, do I have any options as to what I get? I know there are things that I would prefer in place of others, however I don't know if the 4-week program package allows that. If not, do I always get the same things or do you change things around?
