My name is Allie, my owner Lizabette's adored pet schnauzer. I have black hair, black eyes and weigh 20 pounds and she calls me her 'pretty girl'. But my problem is she has a tough time lifting me for my bath and primping.

I just want to say hi and how happy I am to have found this site. Support is so important for long term success at this program. My initial loss on Medifast was 140 pounds in 6 months. After mainting that weight over several years, back surgery (x2) and depression took it's toll and I gained back about half that weight. I'm now back on track and ready to go.

I thought I would post my own photo journal here. Not only do I want to see the progress, I would like to share it with everyone here that has given me support.

The first picture isn't even at my highest weight. That picture is actually 20lbs lighter.

Hope someone can help me with trying to figure out how much of a vegetarian protein I can eat in place of the meat. I did see that you could have one boca burger but I am wondering about other products. I have always used the vegetarian "chicken and beef" like strips. I also like many other types of vegetarian products so would like to know the calorie and carb limits for the meats so ...

Hey this is falisamaries daughter and i wanted to thank you all for the prayers of my dog. She is at home now but not doin that well. I am confident that she is goin to survive. My mom told me that you all were praying for her and i just wanted to thank you VERY much again.

Last night I decided to have a chocolate shake for my last supplement. I went to my box, pulled out a packet (out of the Chocolate Shake box, I swear!!), and dumped it in the blender.
