I can't even describe how amazing I feel. But people are commenting on my weightloss...people I haven't seen in a couple weeks. LOL! (usually it's a couple months right?) 8) I get the "wow, you've lost weight!" I thinks it's because my pot belly is going away. I haven't been on the scale today and won't until Thursday, but I'm secretly hoping I lose 3 more lbs ...

Hello, All!

I am new to the MF program (Third week now). Like many of you I have tried every diet imaginable. I've always struggled with my weight, but after having my second child my weight has hit an all time high of 240. I am getting a little discouraged though, because I have only lost 1 lb. so far and have NOT been cheating. What am I doing wrong?? PLEASE HELP ME!!
