Received my order Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately the "guide" wasn't included. Called customer service and they told me that the quick start guides were backordered and that they would send one to me on Monday. I really want to get started tomorrow (Monday). So ... anything I need to know aside from 5 medifast meals and 1 lean/green a day 2-3 hours apart and plenty of water?

I just placed my order on Friday (3/31) morning and I am eager to receive it. I am ready to lose the excess weight and get back to the person I know I am!!

My beautiful older daughter :heart: has joined Medifast and I'm so excited to see her begin a healthier lifestyle. She doesn't have a lot to lose, but we all know our own personal demons and she wants to be thinner and healthier and I support her 100% and more! She has one of those skinny hubbies ...

I finally got the nerve to post my before pix. I have no full length pictures as I am always hiding my big body. Have lost 11 pounds now and will post again when I've lost 40 hopefully.

I have my order -- shakes and bars. I know enough about myself to know I will not do the 5 and 1. Any food and I will cheat at this point.

I'm concerned about dizziness since my doctor upped my BP meds. I intended to do 4 shakes and a bar a day, but I want to ...

the first pictures is from last summer at seaworld San Antonio, (I am a little heavier now ugggg)

the second is from last summer in Italy, (again heavier than that now)

the third is very recent.

Start of Day three, and I am hanging in there.

Yesterday was really, really bad. Got a horrible migraine, took 3 Imitrix over 6 hours and it did nothing, so finally just took the big guns and went to sleep. And by doing that I didn't get my last meal of the day. But I wouldn't have been able to hold it down anyway.

Now enough of the complaining and on to the good ...

Today is the start of Day 2 for me. Yesterday was awful. I get really bad migraines regularly and got one yesterday at the movies. I brought my shake with to have at the movies but noticed almost insantly after drinking it that I felt nausous. How can I have a lactose intolerance if i have had no previous problem with dairy?? I got home at midnight and was going to have some oatmeal to ...
