I'm 22, and I was put on Medifast by my doctor due to poor nutrition, high sugar and a general malaise. I am overweight, not by a lot, but enough to put a damper on my activity. While I never consumed a significant amount of food or any junk food, I could never lose weight and felt bloated, uncomfortable all the time, getting tired very easily, having digestion and bowl movement problems as well as ...

Tonight I have a stomach ache and I am not sure what is causing it. I followed my MF all day...so I am not sure...has anyone else had this?

Alrighty... these are my before pictures - both taken within the last few weeks. I'll try to post new pictures every 20lbs or 1 month - being able to compare pictures and SEE a difference is really inspirational to me, and I know it's tough to see the changes in yourself when you look in the mirror every day!

Yesterday was my husbands birthday, plus my sister drove in from out of town because my niece had her Mary Kay debut, so I had to do a Mary Kay party in the afternoon.....and a birthday dinner last night.....

I had my shake for breakfast, my bar for mid morning , then all hell broke loose... I thought I would be going back home again before we had to go to the debut, ...

Hi all. I took about a 3 week break. Nerves from my upcoming wedding I suppose. Now that the wedding is behind me, I can focus on me and my health again.

I have posted my March/April photo in the Studio. Didn't change any from the month prior, but that wil change again.

Yes this isn't a full body shot but I took it right before I started. :) Just so you all know who you are talking to! I hope to post some nice after shots soon enough hehe. :D



Oh here is one I took today (almost 3 weeks on program) cause the other one I didn't look ...

I feel like I'm eating WAY too much!!!!
I made Tilapia & spinach today, and when weighing the tilapia to make sure I got all 7oz, I realized it was a little over 3 whole filets!!! Granted, they're not huge filets, but still! And the spinach was an entire box of frozen spinach which is still slightly under the 1.5 cups... It was such a massive amount of food that I was stuffed by the ...
