My first day was great ...The only thing was I kept watching the clock waiting for my next meal...NOT ..because I was hungry ,but because I had to remember to eat every 2-3 hours and I couldn't wait to see what the next meal taste like.

Well...listen to this.. I went and hopped on the scale just for curiosity this morning ...just to see if it was the same as yesterday ...

I am on my second week. I lost 10lbs the first week. I'm having cravings galore and I feel discouraged. I started at 258. Now I'm 248, the reality of having to lose 118lbs really hit me this afternoon. How do I keep going? Any suggestions? :(

I have been looking for a full time job for a little while now and found a wonderful one with the Board of Education, it's a one-on-one nurse position for a severly handicapped child; the pay is wonderful and the benefits even better ... Mon - Fri ...

I was making my daughter's dinner and was stirring the mashed potatoes. When I took the fork out, I cleaned it off with my mouth. I didn't even realize I did it until I sat back down ...

I am already the freak of the group because I am the only person who is overweight. Its really depressing being in a group of his family members and I am literally twice the size of all the women. I decided to package up everydays meals in little baggies .Then grab a random bag every morning so I will be surprised about my daily menu.If I didn't to this ...I bet I would head for the chocolate stuff first and use it all up the first week. I did GREAT stuck to the diet GREAT no problems.. Made chicken one evening and had fish 2 other times. My family is very supportive so it is good... Tomorrow (tuesday) will just be one week for me. Can not tell you how much I have lost as my loving husband hid the scale ...
