This has NOT been a good few days for me :(

I swear I have NOT cheated (that I know of) since I started this on March 26th .... I am now into my week 3 and have been getting these horrible hunger headaches everyday! The kind that squeeze right across your temples and your eyes.

I am so depressed ...

okay as you might can tell I do not cook alot. I want to try steak but I have know idea a good lean kind such as when I go to a restraunt what kind can I order?

156 lbs. gone in 9 months, and the most amazing thing for me is I have been able to maintain and keep it off for almost 1 year. The attached photo will be 1 year old around the middle of May. I now weigh between 141 and 135. I am committed to get to 125 soon.



I weigh myself daily and once the scale creeps up and one of my 3 pairs of jeans ...

For about 9 months! I just found out I'm pregnant! I'm due December 13th, so I'll be Medifasting in spirit. :) DH is staying on program and planning to be at goal by Christmas, then I'll join him!

I'll be popping in from time to time.....

I am new to Medifast. Just starting my 2nd day. I didn't know this board existed until last night, and boy am I glad I found it! I ordered from the actual Medifast site. Tried their message board, but I personally didn't care for it. I just did a search last night and found this one, and I am so grateful. It is tremendously better than the other, IMHO.
