I've been reading all the great info and getting alot of inspiration from this board for a little while now. You all sound like a great bunch of people, really dedicated to the plan. I started Medifast early March and I'm doing pretty good. I was a former WW'er for YEARS, and I'm amazed at how much better I am able to stick with Medifast. I guess it's because I don't have to think much! ...

I was wondering can we have any HAM???

it says in this Medifast Quick Start book i got with my order on page 5, Lean meat: 5 oz of lean beef, pork, or lamb.

SO DOES THAT MEAN ANY HAM?????

I ws wondering as we are doing ham for dinner tomorrow. Thank you.

I was wondering if anyone has any solutions for this. I have a rash on my face that won't go away and it's unbearable since it's very itchy! I've tried creams. I've tried using pimple medication but nothing seems to work. The rash started last month when I started Medifast.

Help!! I'm tired of having an itchy face and rash!

I received a phone call Saturday, and my mom told me that a very special cousin of mine(only 29 yrs old by the way), had passed away.
