Hey guys this is the first period I have had since starting and man oh man I am really very dizzy today. I keep seeing salt as helping this out and I have done that but it is still very much there. Does anyone else get like this when they start and what do you do and does it go away when the ol train has rolled on by?

I can't believe I didn't find this board until yesterday! I've been doing the Medifast program since 1/03/06 and so far I've lost 70lbs! I've got a way to go, but I know my goal is achievable. :yippee:

I can't believe how fast my Medifast products arrived! Anyway, I'm happy to receive them and for the great service, but at the same time I'm afraid to open them because I'm afraid of failing. I'll start tomorrow morning. I will really need everyones support on this forum to be able to accomplish my goal. I cannot do this alone and my husband is not the most supportive person when it comes to me losing ...

It's 11 am and (even though I have a wicked bad sore throat which makes swallowing somewhat painful) I have already downed 48 oz of water. I didn't realize until I went to fill up my water bottle again! :mrgreen:
