How do you decide what weight you should be? For me I know I was 140 when dh and I met, but having had a baby I don't know if I can go that low.(maybe that makes no sense whatsoever, I don't know)

I guess I am wondering if I should really be shooting for 140? What do you all think?

I did really well too! I had a shake before I went, and while I was there I had a turkey burger-no cheese, no bun, and some salad(actually just lettuce and tomatoes) with just a touch of light dressing. I also drank a ton of water.

Normally I would have had a cheeseburger with bun of course, and probably a hot dog too, probably would have skipped the tossed salad for the potato salad and ...

It is raining in Amarillo, TX. Great news, as we have been on fire (literally) for about a month. In fact, our neighborhood was evacuated last weekend. We were afraid we were going to lose our home. Praise GOD, there is rain in Amarillo, TX!!!!

I was wondering if anyone had a disturbance in their cycle on medifast. The first month was fine and now I am a little nervous as I am a bit late.
