I've been missing the last few days and most likely will be missing a few more. My very very loved dad, who just celebrated his 100th birthday last month, died yesterday morning. I was very very close to him and not at all ready to part with him. I had to make all the life and death decisions since legally I am an "only child". It was very very hard for me. But, ...

Oooooh.... Today is the beginning and I positively will not look back! I weighed myself and faced the dragon. It was a lot larger than I had expected. My goals will be in 10# increments until I reach 160. I just can't look beyond meeting that goal for now. I feel like the largest person on this forum and may very well be! I can't believe the scale said 288.5#'s. YIKES!!!
