I got my first medifast shipment today! whoohoooo
went to my dr. this morning for the ok. all vitals are good!:)
BUT i weigh more then i thought isn't that always the case!?

so i am starting at 166 pounds
I would like to be 130

i started out with a cupcake(i didn't get my order in until late morning.)
then i had my coffee

then oatmeal

a bar

shake
shake
60 oz of water ...

I just checked UPS and my MF goodies were delivered to my house at 2:00 today. Now if I can just get home at a decent hour (numerous road closures around my work for the immigration marches). 8)

Is it okay to drink diet soda's? I know we have to drink at least 64 ounzes of H20, how does the diet drinks afect us?

Hello everyone happy Monday!!!

I have been on this for 3 weeks starting me 4th tomorrow..
I wanted to ask has any one noticed their finger nails growing faster?

Wow I didnt no if it was the protein or what.. But mine seem to be better and growing.. So didnt no and wanted to ask.. Silly maybe but interesting.

I just ordered my first Medifast. I am 5'7, 239, and my BMI is 38. I have to lose at least 90 pounds. I am hoping that Medifast will get me there. I am very excited, I see where it has worked for so many of you, I just hope I can have the will power.

Hi all. Today is my first day and I am anxious to get the ball rolling :D ! So far no any hunger pangs, worried about tomorrow though.

I have about 40 pounds to lose (and I'm 40 y.o. :? ). I have 2 kids, 5 & 8...I have fallen into making and eating what the kids want, ...

I thought I read something about having 3 shakes before 2:00 p.m. Is this somewhere in the Quick Start that I missed? If this is the case, when do you eat your oatmeal? :?:
