I bought a scale. It measures in ounces. So what is the conversion for ounces to cups? THe MF book says we can have 1 1/2 cup of cooked vegetable. SO, the dummy I am, can not figure out how much eggplant I can have tonight!! :roll:

What do we do about headaches. I had one immediatly saturday morning when I had my first medifast oatmeal, it eased up after staying in bed most of saturday, sunday just a mild on. But now, I have a bad headache again. Is this normal..and what should I do. I took excedrin already, but it is not helping.

Okay, I got my food on Friday evening so I started Saturday morning. My starting weight was 239. Monday morning I weighed, (curiousity killed the cat) and I was at 232! Unbelieveable! It gave me enough excited to stay with it!

I hope this continues!

Hey guys I am hear with fabulous news. For one I lost another .6 this morning which makes me feel a bunch better and I am down to 188 now which puts me at 17.2 pounds yeah buddy. OK 2nd part.
