I just placed my order today and I hope to get it by Thursday or Friday so I can start. I did this program about 2 years ago and really liked the results. Anyway my name is Jenifer and I just wanted to say hello again to everyone. I see some familiar faces! :D

Has anyone here ever gotten a spray on tan before at a salon? I am curious to try it, do you have to get completely undressed? Is there someone else in the room that sprays you?

I usually go to the tan bed but as said might try this just dont really know if its worth it.

Has anyone out there tried SPANX? I am really considering the high power style that goes up to the bust line but 30+ bucks is a lot for one underwear. If it does what it says it will, I'll buy ten ;) ! If is sucks, I will feel really cheated out of 30+ bucks!

I was exhausted this morning after a night of insomnia. When I tried to sit up, the room was spinning. I was dizzy for about an hour. Luckily I had some water by the bed, but it was scary. I am (finally) at work, but still feel "loopy". I am scared to have some chicken broth because I think that upsets my belly.

Any ideas?

PS I don't think I had enough water yesterday, could ...

I've ordered 4 weeks of medifast. I'm 50 and have fought weight my whole life. I had gastric bypass surgery, got skinny very fast and have since gained my weight back 5 years later. I want a kick start to get thin again and now I think I finally know better on how to monitor it, or do I?
