This picture was taken a couple weeks before I started MF. I'm going to guess I was around my starting weight of 238, but I hadn't been stepping on the scale so I can't be super certain.



Update: June 17, 2006. Here are pictures of me at 211. I bought those capris that morning. They are a size 16 MISSES which is quite a difference from the size 20 WOMENS in my before pic. ...

Newbie Introduction-
Over-weight woman, 48, living in North West Montana; loves gardening, bird watching, husband & daughter, and being healthy. Emotional eater; gained about 40# after an emotional trauma 5.5 years ago. Finally ready to let go of all the "stuff", extra pounds included. No firm wieght in mind, but will lose at least 40#.

In the same digs...except the shorts are a hair different (same size though). Pardon my appearance though...I've been battling this cold/flu for a week now and it's really drug me through the ringer. Feeling better now though. BUT...I haven't any makeup on and that freaking NASTY thing under my nose/on my upper lip is part of the crud too. BLECH!
