Hello, everyone!
I'm new to the site. I received my MF package and began on the first of May. I've lost 10lbs to date, but have not lost anything for the last two weeks ONLY because I can't seem to stay on plan at nite.
So, I'm recommitted (after yet ANOTHER wasted weekend)! Today I was about 160. My goal is to get to 155 by June 1st.
I appreciate ALL the help I can ...
