I had a special trip to florida for a sculpting seminar, and I got off plan. My intent was immediately returning get back on, but I found it so difficult. So I have been off plan for 12 days.


But not any longer. Today is a new fresh start! I am off to update my numbers. I gained 4 pounds back! :(

I got an okay from my doctor last week, so I will be starting my program as soon as I move to Arizona next week! I am around 202lbs now, and hope to lose at least 50 lbs in the next six months (BMI ~22). I am really excited about this program. A friend of mine has lost around 60lbs, and I am encouraged by many of the results that I've seen here.

Vicky - I second your post. My husband and I were talking earlier today that we believe there are a lot of people in this country who have no idea why we have Memorial Day or its meaning. It is just a day off work for them.

My son's birthday party is tomorrow and I made his cake and frosted it tonight and I didn't taste any of the frosting! Usually I'm stealing a spoonful here and spoonful there...;) Not this time. I didn't even want to...as I was making the frosting I got really grossed out by it...all that shortening and butter, never mind the confectioners sugar.

Do you think I'm cured? LOL!
