Here I am with my skinny sister and skinny neice and beautiful daughter. A month after I had my daughter, I got really sick and had to be on steroids for 6 months. My Dr finally gave me the ok in April to start a diet so I am trying this!!!

A newbie here, just started today. This morning I woke up and said ok, no problem. Then, I walked down stairs opened the pantry and saw chips, cookies, cupcakes and I started to panic. Please keep your fingers crossed for me. I think this is going to be harder than I realize.
My goal is to lose 80 pounds. YIKES!!!!!

Well I am so happy to make this decision to get back on the Medifast track. It feels good to know that it will be possible for me to be a different person in 6 months and not only salvage my marriage but salvage my own self. WHICH IS SO CORNY. But I need to do this. I have been reading up about MF for a few days now and trying to decide if it is right for me, if it will work. I joined your forum to learn more about the program before investing. I have tried every diet out there and havent had much success. I did lose quite a bit of weight with WW before I had kids.

I started MF a little over 2 weeks ago. By my 14th day, (which was last Tuesday), I had lost 13#s. My son graduated from HS last Wednesday and I have been off the plan ever since. Trying to start again today. I sure hope I don't have to go through the terrible withdrawals again. I am so very angry with myself>>> :x
