I work for an international carrier...and let me tell you...our flights are packed! So my question is....

Where is everyone going this year? Does anyone have any fun travel plans coming up?

I think in November when I am as thin as my friend Dede..I may have to reward myself with a trip to Italy. Anyone else? :D

when i was larger (sad to think i could have been since i'm still so big) i used to combat discomfort with humor. ok, i still do.

i remember one time this guy kept looking at me funny.

so i asked, "does my ass make these jeans look big?"

I don't know if this is going to be random or dumb to some people, but I'm very sad right now. My 15 year old kitty has kidney failure and we're going to have to have her put down this afternoon. I'm very sad. I don't know what else to say. :(

Hi, I started MF on 4/18 and have lost 30lbs. For the past 2 1/2 weeks I have lost nothing. I have tried everything to get past it, more water, no exercise, more exercise, no bars, bars everyother day, full fast, all shakes etc. I am having no luck. Is there anything else I can do to get past this and typically how long do plateaus last? I am getting very discouraged. Thanks!

I just wanted to check in. I m having a couple of hungry days. (Yesterday and today.) It's not unbearable but it just surprises me after feeling so free from hunger for the past couple of weeks since I started Medi-fast. I have not been having any additional snacks just the soy crackers with my soup. Can I still have celery as well or pickles? So far I've just been trying to ignore ...

Last night I dreamt I ate a mango and knocked myself out of ketosis. This seemed weird to me. Anyone else have these types of dreams?
