I was DYING the last two weeks. I almost fell off my couch last night.

I was noticing in a few journals some 100 lb marks, and some like Cyd that will be there so soon. I was hoping any of you that have made that goal might post, let yourself be know to some who may not read journals. A brief how yad did it would be great.

Who isn struggling? Who can offer ideas to help the struggling? and if you are struggling, what can we do to help?

I just started Medifast last Friday 4/18/08, and have been doing good, it was tougher on some days because I did not realize I was not eating enough for my lean meal, today is day 6. I am weighing tomorrow, after the 1st week. Please let me know what is to come in week 2.
