here is me at 223, but it came back do to stress, emotional eating and much more.

so i start medifast now at 250, (really now 247.6 after i "prepared" for the new me!) and cant wait to work this to the max to reach my goal of 170!

Where do I begin.....I have tired to start my medifast journey three times now. I have been in a very bad depression and feel like I will fail yet again.
