Hello everyone,
I have been reading some of the posts and encouragements, and am glad to say that I placed my first order today. I know that it wont come for about a week, but i was wondering,

Is there anything I can do to get ready? What should I stock up on, and what should I get rid of?

so, i have been noticing that the sizes people wear at a given weight vary dramatically. i was just wondering what size people are compared to what they weigh. true, true, i would never ask this at a real life cocktail party, but we're all here for the same reasons... and we talk about periods, diarrhea, etc... so i thought i would put it out there.

right now, i'm 270 and wear a size 22 ...

Anyone planning on attending? It's next weekend...July 28 through the 30th. If you love Garlic, it's the PLACE to BE. (Also very tempting.) I'm soooo thrilled..that i'm on day 5 and I lost 4 lbs! I'm not feeling tired, hungry anymore. The first 3-4 days was a killer! I was licking the inside of the wrapping from the bars!! haha..my co-wrker had a kick out of that.I can't stand the smell of chicken soups! I 'd like to lose 20 lbs.

I'm just worried about transitioning off of it ..i don't want to gain it back.

I've been waiting a long two weeks for this, my first journal entry. I'm excited to announce that I received my first Medifast box yesterday. :mrgreen: I opened it immediately and I even tasted a bar. It was good just like the regular S'mores bars. I feel now that I am well on my way to a healthier, prettier me. It's all in my hands now ...

Hi everyone! Hope all is well.

Just 3 weeks ago I started a new job as a closer for a mortgage lender. Pay was great, location was great, heck even the job itself I enjoyed.
So I get to work early on Tuesday for a company wide meeting only to find out they were downsizing (business was slow). I guess you can figure out by now that I was one of the employees they let ...

I ordered some weight loss pills last week called "lipozene".

Anyone heard of them?


My thinking is that I do MF and take these pills my weight loss will be ever greater? Or am I backwards?

They are supposed to help with stomach and butt area fat specifically. It says "healthy diet and exercise recommended"

Any thoughts or has anyone done this?

:-P hi everyone...i am back. LAST YEAR I LOST 80 POUNDS ON THE MEDIFAST PLAN AND AM BACK!!!! I FELL OFF THE WAGON AND GAINED SOME OF MY WEIGHT AGAIN, BUT NEED TO TAKE IT OFF RIGHT NOW AND FFOR GOOD!

I know I am suppose to drink a bunch of water. But sometimes I get so bored with water. Can I use crystal light for my water intake.
