I bought a new WW digital scale ( I was using a very cheap analog one that I could barely read) and I went from 155.5 pounds to 157.4.

Sometimes I fall asleep before I get my 4th shake in. I will plan to have it at 9:30 or 10 PM and pass out.

If I do 4+1 instead of 5+1 on some days is that a problem?

Just wondering...
What is your height, goal weight/size (& reasons for such) & age?
I am re-evaluating my goal and would love to hear about yours.

Seriously why does it cost $100 to buy something that has half the fabric of normal clothes??? The suit I have I got a year or two ago at walmart and it was pretty cheap. It isnt fitting so well now that I have lost weight and it stretched. For some reason Walmart doesnt have any plus sized swim wear this year. I have looked everywhere but I am unwilling to spend that much money ...

Okay not exactly a hangover :cry: but it sure feels like it. Last night after dinner I felt really queasy and had the worst headache. I went to lay down and fell asleep without having two more supplements. I jumped on the scale when I woke up and I'm down 2 pounds.
I feel a bit better today and the hunger pains are not ...
