I'll start day 1 tomorrow. :D This is perfect timing as my hubby leaves next Saturday for Iraq & if I can get past the first few (un-fun) days before he leaves, I think I'll be much more successful.

I'm a compulsive weigher, but I VOW to weigh myself tomorrow AM to get a starting weight and then not again until the completion of week one. ...

Question for you long-timers:

Has anyone lost weight on medifast, in the normal amount of time (2-5 lbs. a week), and NOT exercised abit?

I have always exercised when losing weight, but have been abit afraid to start back up (have been on MF 3 1/2 weeks) based on all the posts that say it has stalled their weight loss. We all know exercise is nothing but good, but just wondering if anyone still lost ...
