I have to be honest, I have fallen off the wagon and I'm NOT pleased with myself. I want so badly to loose the terrible weight. I have the hardest time with "mind games". You know the ones....aw come on, just one won't hurt ya, or what the heck you're already off your diet what will this one TWINKEE hurt!!! I am ending day 3 and I feel awful. I am weak and nauseous and have absolutely zero energy (stated feeling like this end of day two). Not to mention I have a horrible taste in my mouth.
