Hi everyone... I'm two days away from starting my Medifast journey & lifestyle change. The days since I made a decision to do medifast have been intense ones, with all that's going on in my mind about it. I've done so much thinking about what's brought me to this point in my life and how I plan to change it.

This is our new baby, Ginger. She is an 8 week old German Shepard mix. Roscoe (9 year old schipperke) has already adopted her and they get along great.



We were looking for a new dog and went to the pound to look. A lady was there giving up 10 of these little cuties.

Well I started out wearing 2x tops and they were getting way small. Hate to admit that really.

Today i went into the store and bought 2 tops..

I am going to try the program again. For some reason I can never get past the first week. I tried a couple of months ago, wasn't able to make it past the 1st week again, then tried W.W. and lost 7.2 lbs. my first week and that's with eating out and a bar-B-Q that week! But then thought to myself, I only lost that much because it was my first week ...

Hi, All,

I am just starting on Medifast. I have a lot of weight to lose so I am hoping I can stick with this.

Question: Does anyone else having problems with the food tasting really bitter? I have tried adding splenda and more water to the oatmeal. Also the diet bars (caramel nut is only one I have tried thus far), also taste bitter.

Might be my taste buds and the non-nutritive sweetner they ...
