Ok I know all wont go for this but I love sending out Birthday cheer and since the things dont show Birthdays I was wondering if it would be ok to have a Birthday list. You wouldnt have to put the year if it bothers ya but I know how Birthday Cheer can make most people smile all day long!

I have been on MF for 5 1/2 weeks now and lost 14lbs, but seem to be stuck. my weight has not changed in a week and a half.

I have climbing class now, so I eat a bar before the class, and my L&G after. I drink tons of water, usually around 100 oz per day, and I only have the bars on climbing days.

What can I do to make the scale move ...

Hey Losers-
A word of warning...
In July, pre-TSFL transition, I moved my auto-ship date backward by four days (considering holidays, etc...). Today I learn, after re-confirming the date last week, that my auto ship date has reverted to it's original monthly date.
So last month's order was two weeks late, this month's will be app'x. one week later than planned. Hoping this is just my case!
Caveat Emptor-

I just got my PSP up and running again (I actually bought a new program) so I was fooling around with it tonight.

I found out today that I am 7 weeks along, we are due April 24th. The doctor could see a strong heartbeat so that was exciting. Now if I could just feel better. She said everything looked good and very normal.
