Today makes the anny of the day Gina took control of her life and quit smoking. I am so very proud of you. You are such an inspiration in so many ways you really have no idea. OK Family....Here it goes. I received my four week order of Medifast today. I was so confused when I opened the box, but I went back to the FAQ's and I think I did OK. I know you will let me know if I'm doing something wrong.
