I was looking through ebay...my husband is looking to get a motor for a bike he is building...anyway I saw that you can get medifast on ebay so my question is...how safe is it? what are the risks? I noticed you can get it possible cheaper but I am thinking there has to be a catch...what is it?

Things are slowing down a bit for me here lately.
Several contibuting factors, I'm sure, but we all know as we inch closer and closer to our goals...our bodies want to hang on to every last bit of flub it can. That's ok though...I have more determination for it and I WILL beat this flub down to the end...till there is no more! :lol:

Well the "great dating experiment" has suddenly come to a crashing halt. Frustrating thing is I haven't a clue what went wrong. :scratchhead: Guess that's why so many people say they dislike the whole idea of dating. Just from my brief encounter it hardly seemed worth the hassle.

Good morning everyone!
I'm posting in to remain accountable. Especially during the beginning stage. Today is day 5 and as of this morning I've lost another pound. I'm down 9 pounds so far. Hopefully I will be able to join the 10# club by the end of my first week. I'm happy that I'm at least out of the double digit 200's. Next stop Onederland!
