Hi everyone I have finally decided to start the medifast program. I have not yet started but am eagerly awaiting the arrival of my MF food!! Well just wanted to say hello :D

I was craving banana bread tonight, so I whipped out my supplies to make my good ole' faithful M.F. cookies. This time I tried something new. I added McCormick's banana extract mixed with pumpkin spice. It came out great and killed my craving. I sit and drink it with a hot cup of coffee. I just tried the chicken and wild rice soup. It's delicious and has pieces of actual real food in it! I only ordered a sample pack because when I tried the cream of broccoli soup, I didn't like it. So I thought I wouldn't like any of the soups, but I will definitely be adding this to my next order! I like soups this time of the year when it starts to get chilly.

I was just on ticker factory and made a ticker for weight loss could someone tell me how I can get it downloaded to my desktop so I could pull it up when ever I choose? Or is that how it works? Thanks in advance Kat :oops: :oops: :oops:

Ok as some of ya know Craig has been busy working on our home office the past few months. Well we were able to move in yesterday so that means my bedroom is now an actual bedroom again and No longer an office.

However my morning commute is longer..it is now 30 ft instead of 2 ft :twisted:

:-P Well I am back on track and vacation is over. I have thrown out all the bad stuff from my fridg and boy were my kids happy with what they inherited. I have lost nearly all the weight I gained on vacation and expect to be ahead again by the end of the week. All in all I have lost 10 pounds in a month. ...
