hi all,

i started medifast 3 weeks ago and just recently found this forum. lots of great advice and support.

wish i'd known about medifast earlier...i'm getting married 3 weeks from saturday and it would have made a great difference, but i probably would have had a mountain of excess fabric from my wedding dress!

This afternoon I was hurrying to marinade my chicken tenders before picking my kids up from the bus. Well, I have all my Walden Farms stuff in one section, on the door of the refrigerator. I have a question. Am i in the right section of the forum? I was planning on starting the diet over the weekend in case my stomach got upset, so I wouldnt be at work with a tummy ache (or worse). But i would like to start tomorrow. Have a lot of people had problems with that or is that warning mostly for the lactose intolerant? Thanks!!!

I have been away from the computer for the past week due to technical issues and have been falling off the plan. I am very disappointed in myself, but over all managed to lose another pound even with eating 2 pieces of bread and french fries. The thing is, they didn't even taste that good.

Here is something that I feel is a bit of a dilemma for me. I have noticed that when I choose to eat healthy in front of others who are not choosing this, it makes them more self-conscious sometimes, and I don't want to do that. I don't want them to feel as though I am looking at them and judging them, because I am not.
