I wondered if we can have a artichoke IF WE DO NOT HAVE THE BUTTER???

they were $1.00 today at the store wow oh wow never see them for less then $ 4.00 here

so i wanted to have one i can eat just the artichoke with out the butter but didnt no if we could even have that..

It's me, Supermom!! I have a question. Are the flavor infusors not available in a variety pack so I can try all flavors?? I can only find where I can order a whole box of either of the 3 flavors. I would really like to try them before I buy a whole box, then mess with trading, etc. Any advice?? Thanks so much!!

is cream cheese allowed? i've heard cottage cheese is but as a snack. if cottage cheese is allowed then why not cream cheese? even if it's fat free cream cheese?

It's been awhile since I've logged into this forum and I am in desperate need of a little support, encouragment and resources.

A few years ago I started medifast and did fabulously. I didn't reach my goal weight, but had lost 65 lbs and looked and felt great. Then I hit a platue and just couldn't seem to lose anymore. I got incredibly frustrated, and gave up.
