Hey to all! I finally decided to stop lurking and join in! I am on my second week of Medifast and have decided not to use the scale for 3 weeks. I will do weigh-in's at 3 week intervals only (hopefully). The scale has always messed with my mind, and I refuse to have it make or break my day before it begins :) My mini goal ...

okay... so today I've been hitting the stores, wandering aimlessly from aisle to aisle trying to find something that fits me. I feet like Goldilocks, sans the blond hair.

Even my shoe size has changed, so I actually bought a pair with little 2" heels... I never thought I'd buy heels ever again...combination of too much weight and too little balance at 334 pounds.

But back to the clothing shopping... I shop mainly at Walmart ...

I've been wondering about the similarities we have. I mean....well....we all have weight issues, but I'm wondering what other things we have in common that may contribute to these issues.

For instance, I think that most of us are quite bright. Though I'm not highly educated, my IQ is 140. Anyone else?

I'm a perfectionist. Anyone else?

Thanks for the suggestions - I guess the iced tea is hopeless! But, I'll definitely try the cocoa cold with ice in a blender. That sounds much better.
