Well i took an actual 'before pic' but it is in a 2 piece that is my goal to look awesome in, so i'm not brave enough to post that until i don't look that way anymore ... it's not a pretty site!!!! :oops:

I was new to Medifast last April and lost 20 pounds in one month. Then I went off the diet and now it is October. I have gained back all the weight. I am waiting for my food to arrive. I am also very excited because Tuesday we are going to see Robin Mc Graw Dr. Phil's wife tape a show.. I Was lucky and not only got tickets, I got VIP seats. We have nice seats and dont have to wait in any lines, we get to park on the paramont lot..

I am just happy as can be. I just finished her book last week.
