I'm FINALLY posting my before and during pics. This before pic is actually at 160 pounds. I started MF at 170 pounds on Aug 1. The after pic is 137 pounds taken on Nov. 2.

My 12 year old son told me, my before picture looks like I'm a Grandma. MY 16 your old son said I looked like Fiona from Shrek when she's an ogre. I love my kids!! ...

Its good to see that the site is back up 8)

My Medifast shipment came today and it was exciting! I couldn't believe that there was so much good food. In fact I can't wait to start on my new eating program tomorrow.
Andy, my husband, is so supportive. He rearranged all the shelves and fixed the different boxes of food where it will be very easy for me to select what ever I will need to eat for the day.

I got a call yesterday from my credit card folks because someone tried to use my card number to buy a $350 camera, and the merchant had flagged it as potentially fraudulent. I've only given my card number out once recently, and it happened to be the day before when I was calling about my TSFL order (normally they just use the info they have stored, but there was a system problem).

This is my before picture at 160lbs. The skinny :shock: person who is helping me is Lizabette, my darling sister-in-law.

I am a slow loser. I have been on this for 5 weeks and have only lost 8 lbs. I say only because I see so many of you losing 25 lbs by now. Anyway, I was just wondering what the slow losers & plateau hitters do to stay motivated.

I am not giving up but just wanted to hear how others are dealing with this.
