Hello everyone! I hope you don't mind me asking this question, but it is about something I am very concerned about. I am 25 and need to lose 100 pounds. I am just about ready to order Medifast. I am concerned that after I have lost all my weight I will have loose, sagging skin.

Its been a while. I am off Medifast till after the holidays but doing well with maintaining finally. I will be back after the new year to get to goal.
