Hi guys!

I have been on and off the boards all along, but I have really been off plan since Thanksgiving. Ironically, I didn't see any weight gain until the actual week of Christmas, and found I've gone up 5 pounds.

Some of you might be shaking your heads with a little smile- what's 5 pounds?

EEK!! That's what got me to my current weight to begin with.

Hopefully this is the last time I can say that I'm back. This time I need to stay on medifast until I reach my goal. I have failed myself, not sticking with this 3 times now. The first time I was on it, I lost 40 lbs in just 2 and a half months. I was finally feeling good and glad I accomplished something. But I stopped, and gained it all back plus 20 lbs. ...

Hello fellow medifaster's! It's good to see so many of you still plugging along and enjoying your healthy lifestyle.

I went off of medifast around Easter last year...I got on the scale today...and you guessed it...all but 3.5 pounds are back!

My husband is getting the Lap Band surgery in June, he's 400ish lbs. I was going to do it. My consultation is scheduled for the 8th. BUT after much prayer and soul searching, I ...

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

I have missed you all so much.

I started Medifast again today. I am ready and committed to change my life for the better.

My Mother-in-law reminded me that there are certain things that only I can do for myself. My weight is my responsibility and no one else's. My success is totally up to me and the decision I make on a meal-by-meal basis.

Me-

1)To think before I speak.I can be too outspoken at times.And I dont always realize that I may be hurting someones feelings.

2)To forgive someone I was best friends withthat i havent talked to since my birthday of 2005. It wasnt necessarily a "healthy" friendship.But I forgave her New Years Eve.Doesnt mean we will ever be that close again.But I just felt like it ...
