OK it's 1137am here in HI, I have been up for about two hours. I am HORRIBLE about eating breakfast so I have had nothing to eat except coffee with splenda and cream. Do you think I can start today or should I wait till tomorrow? I will probably go to bed around 1130-12 tonight so I think I can get all my MF meals in.....What do you all think? Today or tomorrow????

Well, I'm back on my re, re, re, re-start. :wave: I can't even remember when I first started MF, but I lost 30 pounds for my 20 year class reunion...duh :hammerhead: that means it was April 2005...and it worked so well for me, but then I got to a point where I felt good about myself and was looking ...

While searching for height/weight charts, I found this kind of interesting visual graph that shows pictures of people at specific heights/weights.

Granted, it's not perfect as we all have different body types, weight distribution, gender..., but still, it's kind of interesting to look at, espcially when it gets filled.

It is time for me to start journaling. I can't help but notice that quite a few of the people posting in the maintenance forum have been really good along their journey about posting here and/or journaling. So, in an effort to follow in their footsteps and for the acountability - here I go.
