In light of the recent news regarding food products containing peanuts and recalls by Peanut Corporation of America, please know that we received notice today from our company regarding Medifast meal replacements and want to share it with you:

"We are happy to report that our ingredient suppliers have assured the safety of our products and we have verified that Medifast does not purchase any ingredients from the supplier in question." ...

I was on the plan back in July of 2007, then got pregnant and went on the "I'm having a baby and can eat everything in the world" ride.

Anyhow - my child (my second daughter) is 11 weeks old. I am now 2 weeks into the program and seeing results. I love it.
