2nd Time Around

Hello everyone, yes, this is the second time I've started Medifast...4 years ago I lost 78 lbs and it's all crept back :-( I really need to do this for more than my appearance. I'm borderline diabetic and just started high blood pressure meds. I'm not as excited to begin because I know how hard it is but I know I have to do this!

Well, I started Medifast yesterday and although it's been a rough 1 1/2 days, I'm fully committed to reach my goals!

I'm hoping to achive my goal in 2 phases w/a 4-day break in between. No way I can stay on this diet while I'm in Vegas for 4 days...haha.
