MF Snacks...

I'm a bit confused - I thought you could have 1 pack crackers and 2 pks fast soup and 2 cups boullion per day - plus other stuff. But I was reading the little booklet that comes with my food and it said only 1 snack a day - either crackers, fast soup, ect. Which is correct? Thanks in advance.

LADIES ONLY !!!

I just began the medifast program a few days ago and it has caused a yeast infection. Now, I'm really prone to them so I wasn't tooooo surprised, but I was a little. There must be some serious hormonal changes going on with this program. Has anyone else had this experience?

Eating at different times

I'm beginning my medifasting tomorrow (just got my stuff in the mail YAY!!!) and I have seen a few people say that if they miss a meal it really messes them up. about to begin...

i ordered my products this morning and am planning to begin immediately upon receipt next week.

quick question: at what rate can i expect to lose? i'm 23, 5'8" and 215 lbs. i have a rather large bone structure and gain muscle easily. i'd like to drop approximately 60 lbs.

So, is it 5 or 6?

I am getting ready to begin the complete program, but I keep getting mixed signals on the amout of suppliments I need. I read a post of Unca Tims that said you need 6 if you are doing the complete. But one of Nancy's that I read said 5 was ok as well as 6. Can anyone give a definite answer if 5 supplements are ok? Thanks soooo much.

mmmmm... variety

It really is the spice of life. After a week on the program I realized I needed a quick shipment of some more products to fill in my menu. I ordered the cappucino, creamy broccoli soup, chick and wild rice soup, crackers, and choc pudding. I also ordered some of the DaVinci syrups.

Too much water?

Just as an aside, I'm curious.

I drink a lot of water. I have a 24 ounce sports bottle that I refill 6 or 7 times at the office and I have at least 4 or 5 bottles when I get home after work.

I just added this up. I'm averaging a minimum of 288 oz of water per day. Sometimes more.

How much is too much? Could that mess up my ketosis etc? ...

I lost 10 lbs. in 12 days!!!!

I can't believe I made it to 10 lbs. already in a little over a week!!!!!!!!!!! That's more than I lost in the last 2 YEARS on Weight Watchers! I am so motivated now and feel for the first time in years that I will actually lose all the weight I want to lose!

Newbie with a question

Hello all! I have a few questions about my l & g menu. Here is an example of my day, I was hoping to get everyone's opinion if this is okay.

6:30am - Shake
9:30am - Shake
12 noon - Lunch - usually 2C lettuce, 4 small mushrooms, 6-7oz shrimp, crab OR chicken, 2tsp Salsa
2:30pm - Shake
5:30pm - Shake
8:30pm - Shake

I also drink 144 oz of water or water w/Crystal Light. ...
